The hotel met my needs. Everything was very clean. Only a short distance to Leeann Chin, where you can have lunch.

It was clean and a good value for the money. They had a nice lobby and breakfast.
The front desk staff was not very friendly, except for the first man that we spoke to. And the rooms seems to have been beaten up a bit.

It was convenient to our destination. There are a lot of retailers in close proximity.
We asked for a quiet room and had one on the 3rd floor. However, the freeway noise was considerable. Stuffy, overly warm halls and rooms. A bit tired in terms of decor. I felt it was overpriced.

I made a reservation in advance with details about my disability and that I would be traveling with a cat, but once I checked in they informed me they do not except cats. They clearly paid no attention to my reservation details even when I checked in. They put a hold on the full price of my stay and it wasn't released for 5 days. So there I am, broke, disabled and traveling with my pet. They should have at least offered to find me a nearby place to stay or made an exception. All three of the websites I found them on specifically stated they accept cats. I repeatedly asked for a printout of my cancellation, but was repeated 'distracted'from my request and never received one. I asked to speak to a manager and was told noone was available. The entire situation was ridiculous and avoidable if the hotel actually read the reservation information and honored the details on their listings.

I was able to check in earlier than the posted check in time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was well maintained.
Some areas of the hotel could use a little renovation but there was nothing that really stuck out.

very noisy on the main floor could hear children running about above us until after 11pm had to call front desk and finally get up and visit the front desk. the price was over rated paid way to much

Our overall stay was very nice. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay again. Conveniently located outside the Twin Cities.

roomy bathroom, comfy bed and the scrambled eggs the first morning ! Yummy !!! the second day, they were different and not as good.
We would have enjoyed a comfy seating area for reading and visiting in the commons area but the renovations were still going on.

I liked that everyone was nice and enjoyed the location
I did not like that there was a used empty water bottle in our ice bin, I didn't like the draft from the window at night and there was a used bar if soap in the hot tub that was in our room, svc the bed was really stuff and hurt my back.

It is close to Afton Alps where we went to ski. The staff was very friendly. It has plenty parking spaces. Stores, restaurants and shopping centers are close by.
I wish the hot tub was bigger, so it could hold more than 4 people.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet. Looks like it was resently remodeled. There was plenty of option for restraunts close to the hotel.
The beds were alittle hard. When I checked out I found out they had charged my credit card for a deposit on my room plus the room price. ( The front desk employee said it would be refunded to my card in 7-10 days.) I had told them at check in that I wanted to pay cash. This was an annoyance and inconvenience for me.
